This is more about the palate, with a medium body, fresh medium acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. Good volume, with a lightly chalky texture and creamy lees. JS

Touches of sea salt, white asparagus and gooseberries to the limey citrus and kiwi. Pure and zingy on the palate, with fresh acidity and a flavorful finish. I like the freshness that gives it a nervy sensibility. Saline at the end. JS
